Don't Take USA,Europe Packages from ThomasCook.

We Planned our Second Trip with ThomasCook for USA,but trust me this time we had worst Experience with ThomasCook..

We got call From ThomasCook Office,Noida where Mr. Sankalp Intimated about This Package..we said as we want to travel in Business Class so You can take out Airlines Component from that & we will buy Ticket ourselves..he was not sure about the Price without Airlines so he wrote Mail to Ms. Purvi Shah,Thomas Cook Mumbai who was handling USA Packages..That Lady didn’t reply him not even single time as he sent her Reminder Mails as well.
Then,Mr. Sankalp redirected us to Ms. Shruti Sharma,Manager Thomas Cook Delhi..but that Lady never talks well.Her way of Talking is very rude.She told me..Give me some time,I Just tell You new Price..but Trust me she didn’t call us till Today whenever we called,she was not Picking up Phone & even she didn’t call us back.We called her 20times but she didn’t respond not even single time.

Then we were redirected to Mr. Ashwin Kamat & Mr. Mohan Thakur-Tour Managers,Thomas Cook Mumbai..both of them said they will do something & will speak to Purvi Shah & they will offer me new price.Again they redirected me to Purvi Shah.

Then we tried to call Mr. Madhavan Menon,Managing Director..His Secy. Ms. Lakshmi again redirected us to Ms. Purvi Shah & Ms. Shibani Phadkar(Manager of Purvi Shah)..then Finally,we spoke to Purvi Shah..She Immediately said she will takeout Airlines Component from that Package & she will let us know with in 24 hours time.Even she requested us,that we should ask Mr. Sankalp to communicate with her.She said,she is from backend Department she can’t communicate with us directly so We Called Mr. Sankalp to communicate with her.She Promised us she will take approval & she will do the needful.After spending 3 days time,she Offered the same rate whatever Published in Market & whatever communicated to us 20days back.They Considered us Rolling Stone & they rolled us from here to there.Is it the way Thomas Cook works?Very UnProfessional staff,we wanted to take Package from Thomas Cook after paying them huge Money.But They don’t have Business Ethics.They don’t understand Customer Importance & Requirement.Even we gave them option that whatever price they are spending for buying the ticket,same price they can subtract from our Package.Even Last Year They launched USA Package,Before Departure they Charged 15000 Rupees extra from Peoples.This is really very bad as ThomasCook opts such strategy.Over & above,I am really Pissed off with Ms. Purvi who promised us & Finally she changed her statement.Where there is no mean of Committment,Customer Satisfaction & Staff is Totally UnProfessional.So,there is no mean of Buying Packages from such Company.We already Communicated to Mr. Madhavan Menon,Managing Director but even he didn’t respond.

After Posting This Review on MouthShut.com & after getting revert from Mr. Madhavan Menon..Then,COO Mr. Madhav Pai & Purvi Shah worked out one package for me where she excluded Flight Price.& she confirmed through Mail that all other Inclusions will remain same...So,I thought many times & then I made my Mind & Initiated the Process to make payment but later they said Airport Transfers will not be included..Again,they refused to honour their Confirmation....Secondly,Mr. Sankalp Kumar Thomas Cook,Sales Manager he Provides Discount on ThomasCook Packages..You will not get discount anywhere.He will provide You Discount.Whatever Commission he passes to Travel Agent,same he will pass it to You...Last Time,he offered me 4500INR Discount+5000 Deviation Charges waiver...Even this Time he committed me 6000INR Discount for USA Package..Whenever,I asked for Discount whatever committed by Mr. Sankalp,COO Mr. Pai clearly refused for the same.So,Wat’s the use to take Package now?You removed Discount Part & You removed Airport Transfer so what did You workout for me?Nothing..But Sankalp is Good Guy..he is the only ThomasCook Staff who provides Discount on All International Packages.You will not get discount in any ThomasCook Branch...But Sankalp will provide...In My Case,COO Mr. Pai Refused otherwise Definitely he provides Discount.After wasting 25 days,I learnt ThomasCook India Management is very Poor.They don’t understand Committments,Value of Mail confirmations.CEO & COO are topmost Postions in any Organisation but here COO is so unprofessional he dishonoured all the Confirmations & he dropped me Mail which I am attaching for everyone’s reference & he ordered me to remove my Blog from MouthShut.com.Instead of sending any apology Mail,he is asking me to remove my Blog.

I wouldn’t advice anyone to take International Package from ThomasCook if still someone wants to try,You can take it from Sankalp Kumar,he is ThomasCook Sales Manager he will provide You discount in b/w 5000INR-10000INR over & above earlybird Discount.You can reach him at +919999319961 or 0120-6460635 .I am writing for everyone benefit..what’s need to pay extra money when Sankalp from ThomasCook Provides Discount.You can try in all branches in India but Sankalp only provides such Discount.Sankalp also provides Deviation Charge Waiver that You will not find anywhere.So,Pls. speak to Sankalp before Finalising the Deal.

I couldn’t think in My Dream that COO will drop me such Mail where he will order me to remove blog immediately.What’s UnProfessionalism?ThankGod,We do have other Options in India like SOTC,Cox n Kings..Atleast,other Operators would have better reputation in Market.ThomasCook is totally UnProfessional.Mr. Pai doesn’t understand the Importance of Customer.He only understands the language of Money.Business always runs on reference.If You doesn’t understand the mean of Committment & make one Customer unhappy then You loose 100 Customers.But he will not understand the mean of it.They want to have New Customer every Year as they dont understand the definition of retaining Customers.

Even,I will pass my feedback to Chairman,ThomasCook-Mr. Heinrich-Ludger Heuberg.They should Improve themselves & they should Understand the mean of Committments & Mail Confirmations.Dont ask Peoples to remove their Blogs.It’s better to Improve Theirselves.

Finally,I will say..Don't ask Customer to be on hold as Sankalp Kumar Sales Manager did..he said he is taking necessary approvals & also Don't make any False Committments to Customer as he said he will provide 6000 INR Discount on each booking.Other Fellow,Purvi Shah sent me the Mail Confirmation where she mentioned initially Airport Transfers will be included but later they said  Airport Transfers will not be the Part of Package.Can anybody think how ThomasCook Staff is UnProfessional.Even Managing Director Madhavan Menon didn't honour booking Confirmations.I am still having Mail Confirmation from Purvi Shah.
